In March 1908 Charles Isaac Hibbard leased Yucca Villa initially for 6 years to Consulting Borough Surveyor Henry Joseph Hamp. The rent was set at £45 for the first 3 years and £50 for the next 3 years.

William Eastcott Smith died in 1911 leaving the house in the sole ownership of Charles James Hibbard.
The 1911 Census lists the occupies of Yucca Villa as Henry, his wife of 25 years Sarah Ellen Hamp nee Miller and their staff Lily Beatrice Fullaway (Cook) and Alice Emily Mason (Housemaid)
After paying rent for thirteen years Henry buys Yucca Villa from Charles James Hibbard on the 18th March 1921 for £1200 of which £600 is raised via a mortgage courtesy of the Swindon Permanent Building Society.
Henry died at Yucca Villa on 6th April 1939 leaving the house to his wife Sarah Ellen Hamp nee Miller who remained at the house until her death on 21st November 1947.
